4. Consultations and Strategy Calls
We may offer free consultations, strategy calls, or project discovery sessions. These calls are intended to evaluate your needs and discuss possible services.
A consultation does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement. Any estimates, recommendations, or project ideas discussed during a consultation are preliminary and may change once the full project scope is confirmed.
5. Quotes, Proposals, and Pricing
All quotes and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Pricing may change if the project scope, timeline, deliverables, production requirements, locations, revisions, or client requests change.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes and proposals are valid for the period specified in the proposal. If no period is specified, they are valid for 30 days.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement. Depending on the project, payment may be required in full upfront, by deposit and balance, by milestone, or on a recurring basis.
Client is responsible for paying all amounts due by the stated due dates. Late payments may result in delayed production, paused work, withheld deliverables, or additional fees where permitted by law.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
To complete a project successfully, you agree to provide timely access to all required materials, personnel, locations, approvals, information, brand assets, scripts, product details, testimonials, or other content needed for the project.
You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others and that you have permission to use any logos, trademarks, music, images, footage, names, likenesses, claims, testimonials, or other third-party content supplied to us.
Project timelines may be extended if required information, approvals, access, or feedback are delayed.
8. Filming Locations, Permissions, and Releases
If filming takes place at your location, a customer location, or a third-party location, you are responsible for securing all necessary permissions, access, location approvals, and releases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are also responsible for ensuring that any employees, customers, guests, contractors, or other individuals appearing in the video have given appropriate permission to be filmed and included in the final content.
TDP Video Productions may provide general release forms or guidance, but you remain responsible for confirming that all necessary rights and permissions are obtained for your intended use.
9. Revisions and Approval
Projects may include a specific number of revisions, as stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Additional revisions, new creative direction, script changes, reshoots, re-edits, new formats, or out-of-scope changes may result in additional fees.
Once you approve a deliverable, further changes may be billed separately.
If you do not provide feedback within a reasonable period, the project may be considered approved, paused, or complete at our discretion.
10. Project Timelines
We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed project timelines. However, timelines may depend on factors outside our control, including client feedback, scheduling availability, weather, location access, third-party vendors, platform delays, illness, equipment issues, or other unforeseen events.
TDP Video Productions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, changes in scope, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Ownership and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated in writing, final approved video deliverables are licensed to the client for the business and marketing purposes described in the project agreement once all required payments have been received.
TDP Video Productions retains ownership of project files, raw footage, editing files, working files, project files, unused footage, concepts, templates, processes, and creative methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Raw footage, project files, or editable source files are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant TDP Video Productions and Creatability LLC the right to display completed work, excerpts, behind-the-scenes content, project descriptions, and client name or logo in portfolios, websites, social media, proposals, case studies, advertising, and promotional materials.
If your project is confidential or subject to specific restrictions, those restrictions must be agreed in writing before production begins.
13. Third-Party Materials
Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, software, music libraries, stock assets, AI tools, hosting services, social media platforms, advertising platforms, or other external providers.
Use of third-party materials may be subject to separate license terms or platform rules. TDP Video Productions is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, copyright claims, account issues, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.
